We are pleased to offer you complete in-house production processes, including tube decoiling, end forming, screw machines, impulse testing and cleanliness testing. For you, this means superior quality, faster turnaround times, cleaner parts, higher-pressure ratings and reduced costs.
BRAZING (Silver/Copper)
- Atlas copper
brazing system offers a superior product with superior joints
with high burst and peel ratings.
- Atlas blazed a new trail in the jungle of hose and
tube manufacturing, when it discovered that industry-standard
equipment and practices did not meet the stringent requirements
for brazing Atlas product. Atlas designed a proprietary brazing
furnace that allows long tubes, fittings and other parts to
pass through the brazing chamber at 2,010 degrees and emerge
with minimal distortion. Strict quality-control processes
control variables and quality-control tests ensure correct
burst and peel ratings. It’s one of our most innovative
processes.

PLATING (Trivalent)
- In-house, automated
zinc plating lines ensure that the final part is flash rusting
resistant and clean. With rack and barrel plating capabilities,
Atlas determines the optimal process for plating anything
from small components to 12-foot hydraulic tubing. Yes, this
is another innovative process that we are rather proud of.

Hose
Fitting Manufacturing
- Quality-controlled manufacturing of parts, including host stems,
ferrules, adapters, flanges and fittings.
- Rather than outsourcing these parts – which can introduce
gaps in quality control and scheduling bottlenecks – Atlas
Hydraulics precisely manufactures parts in-house on our own
screw machines.

TUBE BENDING – CNC
- Strict quality control, in-house design and proprietary
automated tube bending stations assure that parts are cost-effectively bent within precise tolerance.
- Atlas also retains high flexibility for custom bending jobs:
Round, square, rectangular, thin or heavy-walled tubing for
structural or hydraulic requirements.
